Finally a good family photo. We try often, but with 2 kids it is very hard! Luke was laying his head on his sissy, it was hilarious!
Me and the love of my life. This man is the best. I am SO grateful that God blessed me with this man as my husband! He is an awesome father, and a wonderful husband. We are so lucky to have him! We don't usually take pictures together, but these turned out great, so I thought I'd share! 
We went swimming at Nana and Poppy's house. My daughter is a fish. She has a bathing suit laid out at home at all times for the next time she is lucky enough to go swimming. Then, once you get her in the water, it is no small task to get her out! :-)
My boy and I floating around. He was in an odd mood yesterday. Usually he is so busy and all over the place. The several hours we were at the pool he just wanted to sit in mine or daddy's lap! Amazing!

This was hilarious! Poppy was squirting Jersery Girl and she was trying to eat the water. 
Daddy got up and went to an early breakfast with the guys so he took a little snooze in the shade. 
He isn't too keen on being in the water. To his defense it was not quite 80 out yesterday and the pool water was cold!!!

After some time at the pool. We went home for naps and to get ready for the neighborhood party. Madison went swimming again. And even when she was cold and we put clothes on her, she had to put her feet in... and got soaked again and had to get a new outfit on. She is a fish and hard to keep dry when around water! ;-) We ended up going over to Baily's and the girls played for hours and the 4 of us parents just chatted. It was very nice. We had a great fireworks show going on all around us! We knew it was getting late, but when we checked it was already 11pm. We had no idea. It was a great day!
