On the not so good side, this family has been SICK! ;-( Luke started it out Sunday afternoon. He only threw up about 4 times and got over it. Though he is now having issues with his formula - thinking we may have to hide it in his cereal or something... Monday Miss Madison took a 4 hour nap! Daddy woke her up at Nana's at 4:15 and halfway home she threw up! ;-( She got sick a few more times than Luke. The first few slowed her down, but then we had to talk her into staying down and resting. By 9pm, she was doing fine. Woke up Tuesday morning and had cinnamon rolls and was ready to go. She stayed Monday night at Nana's. Monday night Mommy and Daddy both started at about midnight - when poor little Luke was crying in his crib! We however, being of a quite advanced age comparably to our children did NOT bounce back quickly. ALL day yesterday we were on the couch trying to recover. And, to keep Daddy home from work, for those of you who know him well that takes a LOT! He actually got up about 8 am and took Luke to daycare, but only lasted at work about an hour. He has had the flu before but kept working between running to the bathroom. This virus is a rough one! Feels like a truck ran us over - horrible. Mommy is still at home today. She still got sick a few times last night, so she has taken the longest to bounce back, maybe because she is the oldest?! Thank God for Nana and Poppy they took the kids overnight last night so that we could get some sleep. 12 straight hours to be exact. Just what we needed. Daddy has bounced back and is back at work. I pray that by tomorrow we will all be back to normal. Now we just have to figure out Luke and not liking his formula - not that I blame him. He didn't sleep well for Poppy last night!
