9/26/07 - Swinging Fun

We have been so busy that we have gotten out of the routine of going out each night to enjoy the weather. It all started when it was SO hot none of us could stand to be out there... then we just got busy - busy! So, last night we all enjoyed some family fun outside. Madison and Mommy pulled some weeds - no I don't even ask Madison to help me... but, she LOVES to pull weeds because she pulls them with Nana on Monday's! When she saw me pull out a weed, she jumped off her swing and asked if she could help! Hilarious! Luke loves hanging out in his swing. He is such a sweetie pie. Over all, he is pretty laid back. However, we are dealing with some teething pain - don't remember Madison putting us thru this. But, maybe we just don't remember that! He is fine during the day, but the pain gets in the way of him settling down to fall asleep at night. Last night he had a good night, went right down and the woke up for his bottle and went right to sleep... However, the night before he had daddy up from 1:30am-4am! Either he wanted extra time with Daddy OR he just loves the 'Mommy touch!' I am hoping that these teeth that have caused swollen gums for at least a month already make their appearance SOON!!!!!
